As new scientific information becomes available through basic and clinical research, recommended treatments undergo changes. The presenters have done everything possible to make this course accurate, up to date, and in accord with accepted standards at the time of presentation. The presenters are not responsible for errors or omissions or for consequences from the application of the course, and make no warranty, expressed or implied, in regard to the contents of the course.
Any practice described in this course should be applied by the participant in accordance with professional standards of care used in regard to the unique circumstances that may apply in each situation. By registering for this course, the participant agrees to a release of liability in order to take part in the course.
The course organizers reserve the right to cancel a course or change a presenter up to four weeks prior to the first day of the course. The course can be cancelled at any time due to acts of God or war or family/medical emergencies related to the presenter. The course organizers will not be responsible for any charges incurred by the registrant due to the cancellation of the course, other than the cost of the course.

Certificates will be provided in digital format (PDF) at the conclusion of the course.
Refund Policy
Full refunds minus an administration fee will be given if written request is received up to two weeks in advance of the first day of the course. We regret that requests received after that time cannot be honored. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day the request is received.
Refunds will not be given for registrants who fail to attend some or all of the course.
